The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell of Harikishore Singh Government Polytechnic, Sheohar is committed to providing students with the necessary guidance, training, and career opportunities to help them achieve their professional goals.

The T&P Cell acts as a bridge between students and industry by facilitating campus recruitment, career counselling, skill development programmes, industrial interaction, internships, apprenticeships, and placement-oriented training.

Our primary objective is to enhance the employability of students by developing their technical knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, professional attitude, and overall personality. The Cell regularly organizes aptitude training, soft-skill development programmes, interview preparation sessions, career guidance, and interaction with industry professionals.
We also encourage students to participate in industrial visits, internships, apprenticeship programmes, technical events, and other activities that provide practical exposure and help them understand current industry requirements.
